Our state-of-the-art equipment includes four-slide presses and up to 165-ton punch presses, enabling us to efficiently produce top-quality parts without compromising craftsmanship or accuracy. And because we operate our own tool room, tool and die maintenance is always available to reduce costly down time.

We are a fully integrated manufacturing company with in-house design engineering, top-notch tool and die making facilities, and production capabilities surpassing 20 million pieces a year per job. Additionally, our finishing capabilities include computer controlled zinc-electroplating, phosphating, and dip-spin painting. No one should have to compromise when it comes to quality: Master Manufacturing's quality and testing services adhere to TS16949 and ISO14001 standards to bring you the best. Through our dedication to the latest quality and production principles, we make sure we meet our clients' needs 100 percent of the time.

With a well equipped measurement lab and in-house manufacturing processes, we possess full control over forming, heat treating, plating, and painting. We also perform the testing required to control these processes, such as Rockwell Hardness for heat treating and Neutral Salt Spray for checking the plating quality against corrosion. Because our finishing process of zinc electroplating, phosphating and dip-spin painting are automated, we offer a high level of accuracy to our customers' final product.
